Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Content Creator & Social Media Manager to oversee our digital presence and support ongoing marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, design, and building engaging online communities while maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Develop, create, and curate engaging content across social media platforms
- Schedule and publish posts while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Manage multiple social media accounts and content calendars
- Monitor platforms for comments, messages, and mentions; actively engage with audiences
- Stay up to date on trends, platform updates, and best practices
Marketing & Brand Management
- Plan and execute social media marketing and advertising campaigns
- Track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement
- Manage online reviews and oversee reputation management
- Build and maintain B2B relationships and marketing partnerships
- Create and distribute a monthly owner newsletter
Design & Creative Assets
- Design graphics and marketing materials
- Create signage and branded assets as needed
- Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and materials
Digital Presence & Platform Management
- Perform website updates and ongoing management
- Coordinate listing photography, including editing and optimization
- Enhance listing visuals and overall marketing presentation
Required Skills - Proficiency in Canva
- Experience with website platforms
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including:
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Experience running social media campaigns and/or paid advertising
- Familiarity with branding and marketing strategy
- Basic photo editing and content optimization skills
