• Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
• Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies to enhance social media strategies.

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media tools and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
