We are looking for a skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team in Reno, Nevada, on a contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to support various campaigns and initiatives aimed at driving engagement and sales. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for marketing and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences.
• Support the development and implementation of direct marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain and update CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management.
• Provide sales support through the preparation of marketing materials and coordination of promotional activities.
• Help plan and execute events, including logistics and communication with vendors and attendees.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of various marketing activities to inform future strategies.
• Maintain consistent communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and goals.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role or related field.
• Proficiency in managing email marketing campaigns and using CRM tools.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing strategies.
• Experience coordinating direct marketing campaigns and analyzing their effectiveness.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan events and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with sales support processes and the creation of promotional materials.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
