We are seeking a Project Assistant for a one-day marketing project based in Truckee, California. You will be required to pick up the marketing materials in Reno, Nevada. This role involves sign installation, photography, and visiting designated locations. This is a short-term, one-day contract opportunity. You will also receive $0.725 per mile driven.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up signage materials in Reno
- Drive to specified locations in Truckee
- Install signage as directed
- Take clear photos showing proper placement
- Enter data confirming each installation (location, time, and photos)
- Submit all required documentation by end of day
- Able to follow instructions and communicate updates clearly
- Reliable personal transportation (pickup in Reno + travel to Truckee)
- Must dress professionally and presentable to represent the company well
- Reliable smartphone with a working camera
- Ability to follow step‑by‑step instructions accurately
- Comfortable entering basic data into a form or spreadsheet
- Ability to drive to multiple locations in one day
- Prior experience in customer service roles
- Data entry skills
- Ability to manage timelines effectively
- Familiarity with shipping functions
- Prior experience with scanning documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
