Overview:
We are seeking a talented freelance photographer and social media videographer to capture high-quality visual content for digital and social platforms. This role requires a creative eye, strong technical skills, and an understanding of current social media trends.
Responsibilities:
- Capture professional photos and short-form video content during an 8-hour shoot
- Create engaging, social-first video clips (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
- Direct subjects and scenes to achieve desired aesthetic and branding
- Ensure proper lighting, composition, and audio quality (if applicable)
- Deliver a mix of candid, lifestyle, and staged content
- Provide raw or lightly edited assets within an agreed timeframe
- Collaborate with the team on shot lists and creative direction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in photography and social media videography
- Strong portfolio showcasing both photo and short-form video work
- Proficiency with camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear
- Ability to shoot content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively within an 8-hour shoot
- Basic editing skills (preferred but not required)
Deliverables:
- High-resolution photos
- Short-form video clips formatted for social media
- Quick turnaround on content (timeline to be agreed upon)
Equipment:
