We are looking for a skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team in Mount Plymouth, Florida. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to various marketing initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will excel in graphic and layout design, with a strong focus on utilizing Canva for creative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the director to execute assigned marketing projects effectively and within deadlines.
• Design and create visually appealing graphics and layouts using Canva to support marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, ensuring all marketing aspects are handled seamlessly.
• Develop and manage email campaigns to communicate effectively with target audiences.
• Contribute to social media strategies by creating engaging content and monitoring platform activity.
• Support direct marketing efforts by working on campaigns designed to reach specific audience segments.
• Participate in general marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and outreach.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with branding guidelines and company objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic and layout design tasks.
• Experience in managing email campaigns and creating compelling content.
• Knowledge of event planning and coordination within a marketing context.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies for audience engagement.
• Ability to contribute to direct marketing campaigns with a targeted approach.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
