We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in digital analytics and a passion for optimizing data tracking and reporting processes. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and efficient analytics implementation across a variety of websites, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation and management of website tagging using Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate tracking of pageviews, events, and conversions.
• Develop and maintain custom tags, variables, and JavaScript configurations to support advanced tracking requirements.
• Configure and manage Google Analytics 4 properties, including custom definitions, channel groupings, and audience segmentation.
• Implement tracking solutions for embedded video players, form submissions, and other interactive website elements.
• Perform regular quality assurance audits to validate tagging accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of website interactions, tag setups, and audit logs for consistency and future reference.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations by configuring cookie consent platforms such as OneTrust or Google Consent Mode.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and account teams to align tracking strategies with business goals.
• Support cross-domain tracking and server-side tagging setups for enhanced data collection.
• Assist in integrating tags with advertising platforms like Google Ads to optimize campaign performance.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, including advanced customization and container builds.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, with expertise in event configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Regular Expressions, and advanced tagging techniques.
• Familiarity with consent management tools such as OneTrust or CookiePro.
• Knowledge of cross-domain tracking and marketing attribution models.
• Previous experience working with advertising platforms like Google Ads.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation and QA processes.
• Background in agency environments, managing multiple client websites is a plus.
