We’re Hiring: Junior Graphic Designer/ 6 Month contract to possible perm.
Must Have Strong Adobe InDesign/Illustrator.
Location: Downtown/NYC /Corporate Environment/Law Firm
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring ideas to life across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career designer who’s eager to grow, collaborate with senior creatives, and build strong professional design and production skills in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll provide day-to-day graphic and multimedia support across marketing, business development, recruiting, and internal communications initiatives. This execution-focused role offers hands-on experience with:
✨ Presentation design (PowerPoint and beyond)
✨ Print materials — brochures, invitations, signage, charts & more
✨ Digital assets for email, web, and internal communications
✨ Basic motion graphics and simple video editing
✨ Preparing files for professional print and digital production
You’ll also play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, managing multiple deadlines, organizing digital assets, and ensuring high-quality output across every project.
LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE A PLUS!!
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
✔ Strong PowerPoint skills; working knowledge of Word and Excel
✔ Exposure to basic video editing or animation tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) preferred
✔ Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
✔ Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
✔ Collaborative, service-minded approach
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, or related field (or equivalent training)
• At least 2 years of professional or internship experience
• Portfolio required
