SHE Collective is growing and I’m looking for the right person to grow with it!

We’re a Knoxville-based creative marketing agency supporting women-owned brands with social media management, content creation, and strategic storytelling. Right now, we manage 8 clients across beauty, service-based businesses, and creative brands and we’re in a scaling season.

This isn’t a stiff corporate role. It’s a hands-on, creative support position inside a small but growing agency!

The Basics

- 5 to 10 hours per week to start

- $18 to $20 per hour

- 1099 contractor to begin with transition to W2 as we grow

- Must live in Knoxville

- Mostly remote with occasional localcollaboration

This role will expand as SHE expands. I’m looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just fill a few hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with social media management for 8 client

accounts

• Drafting and organizing content calendars

• Designing graphics in Canva that feel elevated and on trend

• Writing captions that feel conversational and aligned with each brand

• Monitoring trends and flagging content opportunities

• Helping keep content organized and on schedule

When it comes to Canva, we don’t rely on plug-and-play templates. I’m looking for someone who understands layout, typography, spacing, and brand aesthetic. Someone who can build graphics from scratch and make them feel current, polished, trendy, and intentional.

• You naturally understand Instagram and TikT

ok trends

• You’re confident creating custom graphics in Canva

• You have a strong design eye and don’t depend on templates

• You can write in different brand voices

• You’re organized and meet deadlines

• You’re proactive and communicate clearly

• You care about helping women-owned brands grow

Experience is a plus but not required. MUST have a creative portfolio!
