Marketing Assistant Analyst
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Marketing Assistant Analyst for a contract position in Hybrid, CA. The opportunity will be for seven months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end development of regulated communications:
- Open jobs in the traffic management system (Adobe Workfront).
- Gather feedback from business partners and teammates and annotate edits.
- Carefully review drafts to ensure all edits are made to expectations.
- Develop versioning grids and builds of materials.
- Document implementation and reporting requirements.
- Monitor translations, print, delivery, and online posting.
- Build, pull, and analyze production reports.
- Help to develop and manage detailed project plans.
- Learn to use various materials development and proofing systems.
- QC materials, communications, and web pages for high degree of accuracy through careful proofreading.
- Organize and post final documents and materials in various internal locations.
- Communicate effectively with key business partners.
Qualifications:
