We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our client's team in Westerville, Ohio. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and maintaining brand identity by creating visually compelling designs across a variety of platforms and media. Responsibilities:
• Develop and produce visual assets for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, and event branding.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design impactful campaigns that align with strategic business goals.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards while contributing to the evolution of the company's visual identity.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design outputs.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and assets to support team-wide efficiency.
• Provide innovative ideas for enhancing creative processes and delivering exceptional visual content.
• Assist in creating visually engaging presentations using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and quality across all visual materials.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an in-house creative team, agency, or freelance setting.
• A robust portfolio showcasing diverse work across digital and print media with a focus on branding and marketing projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with design principles, typography, color theory, and best practices for various media formats.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality designs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, for developing engaging presentations.
• Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback to refine and improve design work.
