Job Title: Freelance Business Development Manager – US & UK Market (Commission-Based)
OpsBridges Technologies is seeking experienced Freelance Business Development Managers to expand our IT Services and Recruitment business across the US and UK markets.
Engagement Type:
Freelance / Contract
Fully Commission-Based (No Fixed Salary)
Commission Structure:
12% – 15% revenue share per successfully closed project
Opportunity for recurring earnings from long-term client engagements
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an independent Business Development Manager for the assigned market
- Utilize your professional network and business development expertise to generate and convert leads
- Identify and onboard new clients for IT services and recruitment requirements
- Manage end-to-end client communication, requirement gathering, and deal closure
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful execution
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in business development within IT services or recruitment
- Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills
- Existing network in the US and/or UK market preferred
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
