Social Media Manager

Leading fashion brand is seeking a strategic, hands-on Social Media Manager with organic and paid experience. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the digital presence of a fashion-forward brand with wholesale distribution — driving both brand love and performance.

What You’ll Own
Organic Social Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social strategy in partnership with key stakeholders
- Lead editorial strategy across Instagram and TikTok to amplify brand voice
- Own content planning, creative ideation, and calendar management
- Manage day-to-day posting, messaging, moderation, and active community engagement
- Write compelling, on-brand social copy
Paid & Performance Support
- Develop Meta ad strategies that drive efficient traffic and brand engagement
- Bring working knowledge of TikTok advertising (Google/YouTube a plus)
- Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendation
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate seamlessly with fashion influencer partners
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure cohesive storytelling and strong retail alignment
What We’re Looking For
- ~5 years of social media marketing experience
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok (organic + some paid)
- Fashion or retail background required
- Experience supporting a brand with wholesale distribution strongly preferred
- Strong communication and partnership skills
This role is primarily remote within Los Angeles, offering flexibility while staying closely connected to the brand’s creative and retail ecosystem.
