A leading beauty company is seeking a part-time 30-hrs per week Senior Social Media Manager to support their dynamic team. Located in Montclair, NJ, the role is on-site 1x per week, combining remote work with in-office collaboration. This is a temporary position lasting approximately 2-months + possible extend, ideal for someone passionate about content creation and social strategy.

Senior Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage content calendar and develop and implement social media content strategies, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals.
- Manage daily operations across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, maintaining active community engagement.
- Customize strategies for each social channel based on audience and format differences, such as Reels, Stories, or Carousels.
- Collaborate with creative teams and influencers to build authentic partnerships and expand reach.
Senior Social Media Manager Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands, preferably in beauty, DTC, or CPG.
- Strong content creation skills with a portfolio demonstrating expertise across platforms.
- Proven ability to develop creative strategies that translate brand vision into compelling social content.
- Deep understanding of short-form video formats and platform-specific content.
