Senior Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage content calendar and develop and implement social media content strategies, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals.
- Manage daily operations across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, maintaining active community engagement.
- Customize strategies for each social channel based on audience and format differences, such as Reels, Stories, or Carousels.
- Collaborate with creative teams and influencers to build authentic partnerships and expand reach.
Senior Social Media Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing social media for consumer brands, preferably in beauty, DTC, or CPG.
- Strong content creation skills with a portfolio demonstrating expertise across platforms.
- Proven ability to develop creative strategies that translate brand vision into compelling social content.
- Deep understanding of short-form video formats and platform-specific content.
