This hybrid role combines traditional administrative duties with digital marketing assistance. You’ll handle day‑to‑day office management, client communication, and scheduling while also supporting marketing campaigns by conducting research, organizing audience lists and assisting with content publishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring professional communication.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain filing systems.
- Produce basic reports or presentations.
- Assist with event planning, trade shows, or community marketing activities as needed.
- Digital Marketing Assistance
- Support with project organization and data entry.
- Organize client budgets and pacing.
- Conduct market and competitor research, monitor advertising trends, and update databases with findings.
- Assist with publishing content on social media and websites, including drafting posts and scheduling updates.
- Basic paid‑ad setups; measure digital traffic and compile performance reports under guidance.

Minimum Qualifications
