If you’re the type of designer who gets excited about turning brand stories into wearable art, keep reading.
About the Work
You’ll help design custom, all-over patterned apparel for brands across industries. Our pieces include:
- Performance polos
- Quarter-zips
- Hoodies
- Event and lifestyle apparel
This is not basic logo placement. We specialize in fully custom repeat patterns that incorporate icons, illustrations, textures, and brand elements into designs people actually want to wear outside the office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating seamless repeat patterns in Adobe Illustrator
- Designing vector icon systems based on a client’s industry, brand, or story
- Developing all-over apparel graphics for sublimation and performance fabrics
- Preparing production-ready vector files (clean layers, swatches, repeats, Pantone references)
- Collaborating with our team to translate brand direction into wearable designs
- Iterating quickly based on feedback from clients and internal creative direction
What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re looking for a true design rockstar who has:
- Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator (this is a must)
- A portfolio showing repeat patterns, textile graphics, or all-over prints
- Ability to build clean, scalable vector artwork
- A great eye for layout, spacing, and pattern balance
- Experience designing for apparel, textiles, or surface design (huge plus)
- Understanding of how designs translate onto garments (seams, scale, flow)
- Ability to work independently and hit deadlines
Bonus points if you’ve worked on:
- Performance or athletic apparel
- Sublimation printing
- Brand-driven icon systems
Role Details
- Contract / freelance (project-based, ongoing work available)
- Remote friendly
- Flexible hours, deadline-driven
- Paid per project or per design (based on experience)
