Overview
Client-facing Account Executive oversees key art campaigns from kickoff through delivery, balancing creative goals with budgets, timelines, and team resourcing to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities

Manage project budgets and track spend to maintain strong margins across multiple key art campaigns.

Serve as the primary client contact, providing fast, thoughtful communication and proactive problem-solving.

Translate client objectives into clear creative direction and actionable plans for internal teams.

Oversee schedules and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery without sacrificing quality.

Lead operational planning, including approving timesheets, managing time-off requests, and maintaining accurate staff availability.

Coordinate staffing to ensure team members are consistently booked for a minimum of 8 hours per day.

Establish and lead regular team check-ins to align priorities, workloads, and project progress.

Source and manage freelance talent to support project needs and fluctuating workloads.

Partner closely with creative and production leadership to balance client expectations with internal capacity.
Requirements:
Skills / Preferences

Undergraduate degree from a four-year university in marketing, sales, business, communication or another related field.

At least 4 years of related work experience in other sales/customer service role.

Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to learn required business systems.
- Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- An ease with people, an ability to build new relationships easily, and beyond all else, confidence in the key art/digital/social products and services MOCEAN offers.

Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation, positive influence, and ability to build relationships.

Result-oriented and customer-focused with a passion for the creative process, a business acumen, enthusiasm and passion for the business.
Compensation + Benefits
Annual salary $70,000 - $85,000. The final salary offered will be dependent on factors such as experience, location, and budget.
Benefits include generous paid time off, including ten (10) holidays, six (6) sick days annually (for FTE), subsidized health insurance (medical, dental, vision), short/long term disability, family planning benefits, 401(k) with company match and more.
Hybrid schedule; minimum two days in office
