Digital Marketing Specialist (Part-Time, In-Person)

Luke Pepper Creative is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in person office. This is a 20-hours-per-week position with strong potential to grow into a full-time role as responsibilities and workload expand.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage paid advertising, contribute creatively, and support day-to-day digital marketing efforts for service-based and blue-collar businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, retargeting)
- Plan, launch, and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including strategy, design, and reporting
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media performance metrics, engagement, and growth, and report on results
- Collaborate with the team on campaign strategy, content planning, and creative direction
- Assist with website updates using a basic understanding of web development
- Design marketing assets for ads, email campaigns, social media, and websites
- Track overall marketing performance and provide clear insights and recommendations
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with email marketing platforms and campaigns
- Experience managing social media posting and performance tracking
- Strong graphic design skills with hands-on experience in:
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of web development
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience marketing for service-based or blue-collar businesses
- Familiarity with SEO, landing pages, or conversion tracking
- Experience reviewing analytics and reporting
