Responsibilities
- Assist in creating product designs and achieving the style, appearance, and fit characteristics of new products and improvements in existing products.
- Work under close direction and often assigned tasks rather than full responsibility for a product line.
- Perform some level of original concept development.
- Assist in identifying key color, fabric, prints, patterns, and materials, while also shopping retail stores for trend inspiration.
- Partner closely with Technical Design to ensure correct fit and/or function and look of prototypes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of design experience.
