Role OverviewYou will:
- Lead the visual direction of WorkPlay’s social presence.
- Create aesthetic-first graphics, reels, short-form edits, and organic content across platforms.
- Do photo selection + editing to uphold WorkPlay’s modern-luxury standard.
- Build and maintain content calendars, asset libraries, and social systems.
- Attend shoots, events, and brand activations to:
- Capture organic BTS
- Direct talent
- Create on-the-spot content
- Identify aesthetic moments in real time
- Bring founder-led vision to life with speed, precision, and autonomy.
- Stay immersed in the lifestyle, beauty, branding, and creator industries to keep WorkPlay ahead.
