platforms nationwide and are looking for a creative, culture-savvy Social Media Content & Influencer
Manager to help bring our brand to life across social media and influencer channels.
Role Overview
The Social Media Content & Influencer Manager will work closely with COCO5’s Social Media Manager
to create, edit, and publish engaging content across social platforms. This person will also lead the
development and management of our influencer and affiliate programs across TikTok Shop and
Amazon Marketplace. The ideal candidate has their finger on the pulse of culture, emerging trends, and
social storytelling — and knows how to translate them into thumb-stopping content that drives
awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on concepting, shooting, and editing content for TikTok,
Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
• Develop and execute influencer and affiliate programs focused on TikTok Shop and Amazon
Marketplace.
• Identify, source, and outreach to creators and affiliates aligned with COCO5’s brand voice and
audience.
• Negotiate rates, draft contracts, manage deliverables, and oversee influencer onboarding and
briefing.
• Track and report on influencer performance metrics — reach, engagement, content output, and ROI.
• Maintain an organized influencer database and manage ongoing creator relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to inform creative direction.
• Assist in creating and editing brand content using tools such as CapCut or Final Cut Pro.
• Design and produce branded graphics, presentations, and digital assets using Canva or Photoshop.
• Support the in-office content calendar, production shoots, and creative brainstorming sessions.
• Partner with the internal team to ensure brand alignment and timely content execution.
Qualifications
• 5–7 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, and content creation, preferably within
the CPG, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end — sourcing, negotiating, briefing, and
reporting.
• Must be able to share examples of previous influencer partnerships or campaigns managed by you.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms like YouTube Shorts and Twitch.
• Hands-on experience filming and editing short-form content using CapCut or Final Cut Pro.
• Proficiency in creating graphics and presentations via Canva or Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of social and cultural trends, influencer ecosystems, and audience engagement
strategies.
• Experience managing active affiliate programs on TikTok Shop and/or Amazon Marketplace is a plus.
• Organized, creative, and proactive — capable of managing multiple projects and partnerships
simultaneously.
• Must be great at collaboration and creativity in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Based in Arizona, with the ability to come into the North Phoenix office a few times a month for
meetings and content creation sessions.
• Bonus: Experience in food and beverage marketing.

Contract Details
