24 Seven is partnering up with a well-known company to help them find a Creative Operations & Project Manager to join their team onsite in Phoenix, Arizona. The is a full-time, 6 month contract with potential to extend working 3-4 days onsite. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including vision, dental, medical and more.

Ideal Candidate: 4–5+ years of project management experience on in-house creative teams or at agencies, with proven skills using tools like Asana, Wrike, or Workfront—Workfront experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end marketing inventory process, from initial concept and production to ongoing replenishment.
Coordinate prototyping, sampling, and testing efforts aligned with project requirements.
Oversee project documentation, resource allocation, timelines, and scope management.
Initiate and approve production of marketing materials as necessary.
Ensure financial accuracy by managing purchase orders and approving invoices.
Apply creative and analytical thinking to solve problems strategically while fostering collaboration and innovation.
Anticipate and address potential challenges, mitigate risks, and develop backup plans to ensure project success.
Deliver regular updates on project progress, including milestones, timelines, deliverables, resource needs, and potential issues.
Align internal and external stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle of projects and programs.
