We are seeking a highly skilled
Sr. Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both print and digital design, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and a passion for visual storytelling. This role is crucial in translating concepts into high-quality designs while ensuring brand consistency across various platforms.
This position is hybrid (4 days onsite/week) in Phoenix. It is 40 hrs./week, on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute design concepts for print and digital projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development to create cohesive visual communications.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Create layouts, typography, and graphics that enhance user experience and engagement.
- Contribute to all stages of creative process: from concept, through execution and some production, to delivery of final files.
- Handle post-production photography work as needed. Must have a good graph on how photography works into design.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production design, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Workfront experience is a plus!
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, branding, and print production processes.
- Experience in digital design and user interface design is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
