We are seeking a highly skilled
Sr. Production Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both print and digital design, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and a passion for visual storytelling. This role is crucial in overseeing the production of printed material, including store signs, brochures, flyers and other promotional materials.
This position is a hybrid (4 days per week onsite) in Phoenix, full 40 hours/week on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute design concepts for print and digital projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development to create cohesive visual communications.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Perform detailed post-production work on all design assets, ensuring files are tidy, organized, and ready for delivery.
- Create layouts, typography, and graphics to the final production ready artwork.
- Perform pre-press preparation, including proofing, color correction, and file optimization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production design, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Workfront knowledge a plus!
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, branding, and print production processes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
