Design Producer - Advertising Tools

Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Design Producer to support a Product Design team with website and user experience design for various web tools and software interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Design Managers and other Producers to provide overall team and project leadership. They will work closely with the design team and cross-functional partners to define project requirements, clarify design goals, lead design reviews, and ensure a quality release of the final products and features.
- Lead the design and production of advertising tools from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee content creation and graphic design efforts to maintain brand consistency and quality.
- Utilize software tools such as Sketch and Figma for design prototyping and user interface development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field.
- 7+ years as a producer/project manager in software design, digital or creative agency
- Understanding of UX/UI and software ideation, execution, and delivery processes
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Thorough understanding of integrating design, business, marketing, engineering and stakeholder teams to clarify project requirements, define design goals and strategy, execution, and delivery processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Manage cross functional relationships while representing design team
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure design integrity has remained intact during implementation
- Lead design brainstorm workshop, run meetings and design reviews. Gather key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items in meeting notes
