Design Producer - Advertising Tools

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Design Producer to support a Product Design team with website and user experience design for various web tools and software interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design Managers and other Producers to provide overall team and project leadership. They will work closely with the design team and cross-functional partners to define project requirements, clarify design goals, lead design reviews, and ensure a quality release of the final products and features.
• Lead the design and production of advertising tools from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee content creation and graphic design efforts to maintain brand consistency and quality.
• Utilize software tools such as Sketch and Figma for design prototyping and user interface development.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field.
• 7+ years as a producer/project manager in software design, digital or creative agency
• Understanding of UX/UI and software ideation, execution, and delivery processes
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Thorough understanding of integrating design, business, marketing, engineering and stakeholder teams to clarify project requirements, define design goals and strategy, execution, and delivery processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Manage cross functional relationships while representing design team
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure design integrity has remained intact during implementation
• Lead design brainstorm workshop, run meetings and design reviews. Gather key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items in meeting notes
