As the Content Marketing Manager, you will own the content strategy and execution, developing high-quality, engaging content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. You will be responsible for creating and managing content across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and voice. Working closely with the marketing, creative, and growth teams, youll drive initiatives that educate, inform, and convert our target audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will
Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
Create, manage, and optimize content across various platforms, including blogs, website, email campaigns, social media, and paid media.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce compelling visual and written content.
Oversee content calendar and editorial planning, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact content.
Manage SEO-driven content initiatives, optimizing keyword rankings, search visibility, and audience engagement.
Analyze content performance using data-driven insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Partner with brand and growth teams to develop marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, testimonials, and infographics.
Drive thought leadership initiatives by identifying trends and crafting expert-driven articles and insights.
Ensure brand consistency in messaging, voice, and tone across all content initiatives.
Oversee external content creators, freelance writers, and agencies as needed.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or brand communications.
Proven track record of managing a multi-channel content strategy that delivers measurable results.
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging, customer-centric content.
Experience with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness industries is a plus.
