Our client, a global broadcast media and entertainment company, is actively looking for a Brand Designer to join their team in NYC! This role is onsite 3 days a week so local candidates are required.
***This is a 6 month initial contract with the opportunity for extension***
This Designer will be a part of the company's Creative Group that consists of strategists, writers, editors, producers, and designers that produce best-in-class creative solutions for both advertisers and various functions within Ad Sales. This person will work closely with an Art Director and Creative Director to deliver beautiful and thoughtful design solutions to a wide range of projects that come through to the Advertising and Partnerships team. Projects include: art development for advertisements on Linear TV and on social platforms, UX/UI product design, digital editorial design, eblast communications, event branding, logo & identity system design, digital banner design, storyboarding, digital ads, presentation design and pitch concepts.

- Uphold integrity of design throughout process, while being respectful to colleagues of various disciplines
- Stay up to date with latest design and digital trends
- Contribute to and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented group
- Collaborate with colleagues across different disciplines (ad sales, marketing, strategists, communications, internal product team, motion graphics, editors, writers, Creative Directors, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field/equivalent training or work experience
- 3-5 years working as a graphic designer or similar role
- Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and Figma
- Strong experience working with Powerpoint
- A heightened sense of design; especially with respect to typography, photography, composition, and color
- Advertising and/or media industry experience is preferred
