The Sculpt Society is seeking a Social Media Strategist & Content Lead to oversee and elevate the social presence of both The Sculpt Society and Megan Roup’s personal brand.

This role will define platform strategy, shape storytelling, and lead the creative direction of our organic social channels. We are looking for someone who understands how to build audience, deepen engagement, and create culturally relevant content that strengthens brand positioning.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who can think long-term while executing high-quality content in real time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

Define and lead social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms

Identify new content pillars, recurring series, and growth opportunities

Translate performance insights into clear creative direction

Stay ahead of platform shifts and evolving audience behavior

Creative Direction & Content Creation

Lead content ideation and oversee execution across both TSS and Megan Roup’s channels

Concept, film, and refine high-performing short-form content

Collaborate closely with Megan on personal brand storytelling and expansion

Build repeatable content franchises that drive long-term engagement

Cross-Functional Leadership

Lead social planning conversations internally

Partner with marketing, partnerships, and creative teams to ensure alignment

Lead content creators, freelancers and junior contributors

Serve as the primary strategic voice for social within the company

REQUIREMENTS

3-5+ years of experience leading social strategy for a brand or creator-led company

Proven experience growing and evolving social platforms

Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and content psychology

Strong creative instincts with an analytical mindset

Confident filming and directing content in fast-paced environments

Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable owning initiatives

Based in Los Angeles
