Fractional Marketing Operations Lead

Lettuce is scaling fast and we’re hiring a fractional Marketing Operations Lead to help power our brand and product marketing team. This is a hands-on role for a sharp operator who can support across creative, content, lifecycle, product marketing, and analysis - keeping projects moving, improving workflows, and helping the team execute with speed and clarity.

You’ll sit at the center of marketing execution, helping manage priorities, synthesize data, and ensure campaigns launch smoothly, while turning analysis and insights into actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Operations & Execution

Support day-to-day marketing operations across creative, content, lifecycle, and product marketing
Manage project workflows and keep initiatives on track across multiple stakeholders
Coordinate campaign launches and ensure timelines are met
Support content calendar management and execution
Assist with creative production tracking and approvals
Improve processes to help the team move faster and stay organized
Own team documentation, trackers, and operational consistency

Reporting, Analysis & Insights

Build and maintain weekly brand and product marketing channel performance reporting
Track funnel metrics for brand and product programs
Support experimentation tracking and test readouts
Identify trends and surface actionable insights
Synthesize data into clear, digestible summaries
Support forecasting and goal tracking
Ensure consistent campaign tagging and tracking

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
3+ years experience in marketing operations, growth, or analytics
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Atlassian/Confluence, Posthog, Notion
Experience supporting content or creative workflows
Analytical and comfortable working with marketing data
A strong project manager who keeps things moving
Comfortable working across multiple priorities
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive and self-directed in a fast-moving environment
Strong communicator who can turn data into insights
Experience with and excited about startups and building as you go
