About Onyx.

Onyx is building the market for people who enjoy being right. Our consumer platform lets people take positions on what happens next across sports, prediction markets, crypto, financial markets, politics, culture, and real-world events.

More than one million users have already found Onyx. Now, we’re bringing that same energy into regulated financial markets through Onyx Predictions, a CFTC-registered introducing broker and NFA member.

In June 2026, we raised a $20 million Series A led by Payward, the parent company of Kraken, valuing Onyx at $220 million less than one year after emerging from beta. Our team comes from Jane Street, DraftKings, Robinhood, xAI, SIG, HRT, and Harvard.

We’re building Onyx in New York with a small team, serious momentum, and no interest in moving slowly. The product is live. The market is growing. The category is still ours to define.

Growth Analyst - Creator & Partnerships (Contract)

The Role.

We’re hiring an entry-level Growth Analyst to help grow Onyx through creators, influencers, streamers, affiliates, and digital partnerships. This is a three-month contract role with the potential to become full-time, depending on business needs and performance.

You’ll help find partners whose audiences align with Onyx, build relationships, launch campaigns, and track their impact on customer growth. That could mean researching sports creators, helping coordinate an affiliate partnership, supporting a live stream around a major event, or helping a partner create content that gets people talking and trading.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who understands internet culture, communicates naturally, and is excited to learn how partnerships can drive growth.

What You’ll Do

Research creators, influencers, affiliates, and digital communities across sports, trading, crypto, gaming, and culture.
Help build and maintain a partner pipeline through outreach and follow-up.
Introduce Onyx to potential partners and support partnership discussions.
Help coordinate sponsored content, affiliate placements, promotional campaigns, and major-event activations.
Keep campaign assets, referral links, promotional codes, timelines, approvals, and deliverables organized.
Track campaign results, including acquisition, conversion, deposits, trading activity, retention, and return on investment.
Help analyze which partners, platforms, and campaigns bring in the highest-quality customers.
Work with brand, design, data, compliance, and customer experience teams to launch campaigns.
Help ensure partner content and promotions meet brand and compliance requirements.
Contribute to the systems and playbooks that support Onyx’s partnership program.

You’ll Do Well Here If You

Are organized, curious, and comfortable reaching out to new people.
Communicate clearly and enjoy building relationships.
Understand creators, online communities, and what makes partnership content feel authentic.
Are eager to learn about business development, marketing, and performance measurement.
Can keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
Are comfortable using data to understand what is working and what could improve.
Bring initiative, creativity, and sound judgment.
Have an interest in sports, prediction markets, trading, crypto, or internet culture.

Helpful Experience

This is an entry-level role, and you do not need to have held a partnerships job before. Experience with any of the following is a plus:
Creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, business development, or performance marketing.
A personal or professional network of creators, streamers, sports personalities, or talent managers.
Consumer apps, sports, gaming, fintech, crypto, or creator platforms.
Referral programs, promotional codes, or campaign reporting.
Platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, X, Discord, Whop, DubClub, or Winibl

Location and Work Authorization:

This role is based in our NoHo, Manhattan office, with core in-office days Tuesday through Thursday. Some campaigns may require availability around major sporting events or live activations.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Onyx is unable to provide employment sponsorship for this position.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this three-month contract is $18–$30, depending on experience and scope. The role may have the potential to convert to full-time.

Why Onyx?

Onyx is for people with conviction.

We hire talented people, give them meaningful ownership, and expect them to use it. Our teams stay small, the work stays visible, and the distance between an idea and production stays short.

Onyx moves quickly because our markets move quickly. Titles matter less than judgment, initiative, and the quality of what you ship. Good ideas can come from anywhere, but the person willing to make the call is expected to follow it through.

We value people who are ambitious without ego, intellectually honest, comfortable with uncertainty, and energized by hard problems. We debate openly, decide quickly, and take responsibility for the result.

Come build what’s next with us.
