Join Our Award-Winning Team

Decorating Den Interiors Sanibel/Captiva/Ft. Myers is expanding our award-winning team. We are part of Decorating Den Interiors, a nationally recognized residential design brand with more than 55 years of history and nearly 300 independently owned studios.

Our local studio has served the community for more than 35 years and has been under our ownership for 12 years. During that time, we have earned a place in the Chairman's Circle every year and have been recognized as Business Owners of the Year for design excellence, leadership, and client satisfaction.

The Opportunity

We are looking for motivated, client-focused professionals who are excited by both design and sales. This may be an experienced interior designer who wants a more entrepreneurial path, or a proven sales professional with strong artistic ability, excellent taste, and the desire to learn the interior design business through our training and support programs.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with compensation commission-based. Your income is directly tied to your initiative, sales performance, client service, and results. The model is similar to a successful luxury real estate career: you manage your schedule, cultivate client relationships, and create your own level of success while working within the strength of an established brand and local studio.

You will develop and serve client relationships through our studio, supported by our business systems, resources, and reputation.

Who We Are Looking For

A confident, personable professional who enjoys working directly with clients

Strong sales ability, entrepreneurial drive, and comfort with performance-based compensation

A natural eye for color, proportion, furnishings, style, and sophisticated residential design

Excellent communication, follow-through, organization, and attention to detail

A polished, professional presence and a commitment to exceptional client service

Interior design experience is welcome but not required for candidates with strong artistic ability and demonstrated sales skills

Willingness to learn and use our proven systems, supplier resources, product knowledge, and sales process

What We Provide

Comprehensive training in design, product knowledge, client presentations, and sales skills

Dedicated Designer Resource Support Manager and a full design library in Fort Myers

Established brand recognition and a highly regarded local studio reputation

Proven business systems and exclusive DDI supplier access

A collaborative team environment that shares knowledge, ideas, and support

The flexibility to manage your own schedule and the opportunity for uncapped, performance-based income

Why This Opportunity Is Different

You do not have to build a design business from the ground up. You bring the ambition, sales ability, creativity, and commitment to your clients; we provide the platform, training, design resources, supplier relationships, systems, and team support to help you succeed.

Ready to Explore the Opportunity?

If you are an experienced designer looking for greater independence, or a talented sales professional with an artistic eye who is ready to develop a career in interior design, we would love to connect.
