We’re looking for a highly creative, internet-obsessed Social Media Manager to join the team behind an established creator with 3M+ followers across social platforms.

This is not a traditional social media management role. We’re looking for someone who can spot what’s about to take off, understand why content goes viral, and turn trends, pop culture and everyday ideas into original concepts people actually want to watch.

What you’ll do:

• Develop original TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts concepts

• Research viral content, trends, creators and emerging formats daily

• Build creative content calendars and help shape overall social strategy

• Write hooks, concepts, captions and creative briefs

• Analyze performance and identify what we should double down on

• Work closely with the creator and production team from idea → execution

• Constantly bring fresh, unexpected ideas to the table

We’re looking for someone who:

• Lives and breathes social media and internet culture

• Has exceptional creative instincts and understands Gen Z audiences

• Can recognize a trend early, not after everyone is already doing it

• Understands storytelling, hooks, retention and shareability

• Has experience growing creator, entertainment or lifestyle accounts

• Is proactive, fast and genuinely excited to experiment

• Can show us examples of content they’ve created, developed or helped grow

• Huge plus if you can be a videographer as well

Location: Los Angeles preferred

Position: Part-time or full-time depending on experience

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
