Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and brand. You will manage Owting’s social presence while actively engaging with our growing audience. The focus is not just posting content, but building a recognizable voice and fostering real interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute social media across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Plan and maintain a consistent content and posting cadence
Create and publish content (short-form video, posts, captions)
Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and conversations
Support newsletter creation and distribution
Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevant
Track organic performance and provide insights to improve growth
Collaborate with founders and contributors to align on brand voice

Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in social media management or community building
Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and engagement strategies
Ability to create content using tools like CapCut, Instagram, or Adobe Suite
Clear, thoughtful communication style when engaging with users
Organized and consistent with execution
Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment

Preferred (not required)

Experience growing social accounts from early stage
Background in content creation, storytelling, or brand building
Experience with newsletters or community platforms
Interest in wellness, connection, or social impact
