Givyn Media is a growing digital business operations agency that helps small businesses streamline their systems and stay on top of day-to-day work. We operate as a managed services studio, supporting clients through shared systems, thoughtful processes, and a collaborative team.

As the agency continues to grow, I'm looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join me as a collaborative partner.

This role is about creating the marketing assets that keep both our own brand and our clients' brands consistent and running: Canva designs, social media kits, and support setting up email marketing, so clients feel taken care of without me having to hold every detail myself.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Design

Create Canva graphics for social media, email, and marketing materials — for Givyn Media and for client accounts
Build branded social media kits (templates, graphic sets, style-consistent assets) for clients
Support email marketing setup — building templates, formatting campaigns, and light layout work in Flodesk or a client's platform

Content Calendar & Strategy Support

Help maintain and organize content calendars for Givyn Media and select clients
Track what's scheduled, flag gaps, and help repurpose content across platforms
Assist with light content planning — organizing ideas and assets ahead of scheduling

Client-Facing Marketing Support

Execute marketing deliverables directly for Givyn Media clients as part of their engagement
Coordinate with the studio team to keep client marketing work on track
Communicate directly with clients on marketing tasks when needed

General Marketing Support

Research, asset organization, and other marketing support tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proactive creative executor — someone who enjoys building clean, consistent marketing assets and isn't afraid to take ownership of a content calendar or a client's visual presence.

This role is a great fit for someone who is interested in growing into a marketing coordinator or content strategy role, or who already has experience managing content systems, design work, or social media for a business or client.

You might be a great fit if you:

Have experience as a Marketing Assistant, Social Media Coordinator, Content Creator, or similar
Enjoy designing on-brand graphics and organizing content systems
Are comfortable owning marketing deliverables rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions
Like bringing structure to a content calendar or asset library

Skills & Experience

Strong design eye and working knowledge of Canva
Experience with or interest in email marketing platforms (Flodesk or similar)
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Metricool or similar) a plus
Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and/or Threads content formats
Ability to work from brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across multiple accounts
Reliable, proactive, and able to problem-solve independently

Bonus (Nice to Have)

Prior experience supporting small businesses, founders, or agencies
Experience building social media kits or templated design systems
Interest in growing into a marketing coordinator or content strategist role

Details

Type: Freelance / Contract (part-time, with potential to grow)

Pay: Hourly, based on experience
