We are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns designed to build brand awareness, drive user growth, and attract talented contributors to join our AI training workforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Acquisition Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns across search (Google Ads), social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit), and job networks to attract gig workers and specialists to train AI.
Ad Copy & Content Creation: Craft compelling ad copy, landing page messaging, email sequences, and outreach campaigns tailored to freelancers, tech workers, and domain experts interested in flexible AI training gigs.
Conversion & Funnel Optimization: Monitor candidate signup funnels, conduct A/B testing on landing pages and ad creative, and optimize conversion rates to keep acquisition costs low.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track key performance metrics (CPA, CAC, conversion rates, channel ROI) using Google Analytics 4 and reporting dashboards to continuously improve performance.
SEO & Content Growth: Perform keyword research and assist with content initiatives to boost search visibility for people looking for flexible, remote AI training work.

Qualifications & Requirements

Location: Must be based in the United States (100% Remote).
Experience: 1 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (experience in gig economy recruitment, workforce acquisition, HR tech, or marketplace platforms is a strong plus).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
Familiarity with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
Working knowledge of landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress).
Mindset: Highly analytical, data-informed, and capable of taking ownership of campaigns in a fast-paced AI tech environment.
