We specialize in custom formulated medications including hormone therapy, men's health, weight management, and pain management compounds tailored to the individual needs of patients and their prescribers.

We partner closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to deliver solutions that commercial pharmacies simply can't offer. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a high-impact digital marketer to help us expand our reach and drive measurable revenue growth.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of generating real, measurable sales through paid digital advertising. This is not a "brand awareness" role . We want someone who obsesses over ROAS, cost-per-acquisition, and pipeline contribution.

You will own and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms and search engines to promote Sun Health Rx's compounded medication offerings, drive prescriber and patient inquiries, and grow our overall revenue. Compensation is structured as a revenue share, meaning your earning potential is directly tied to the results you deliver.

This role is ideal for a freelance marketer, performance agency, or entrepreneurial growth professional who wants a long-term partnership with a pharmacy that has a strong product, loyal prescriber relationships, and serious room to scale.

What You'll Own

Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and potentially YouTube, TikTok, or Pinterest
Develop compliant ad creative concepts and copy tailored to compounding pharmacy offerings (hormone therapy, men's health, weight loss, pain, etc.)
Drive inbound patient and prescriber inquiries that convert to new prescription volume
Monitor and report on campaign KPIs
A/B test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offer structures continuously
Work with pharmacy leadership to identify highest-margin product lines to prioritize in advertising
Ensure all advertising content is compliant with FDA, FTC, and platform-specific healthcare advertising guidelines
Advise on landing page optimization and lead capture strategy to maximize conversion
Identify and recommend new platforms, channels, or strategies to expand reach

Compensation — Revenue Share Model

We believe in compensating our partners based on the value they create. This role is structured as a performance-based revenue share agreement:

Earn a defined percentage of net revenue directly attributable to your campaigns
No ceiling
Payment terms, tracking methodology, and revenue attribution will be clearly defined in a written agreement
Opportunity to negotiate base retainer + reduced revenue share for candidates who prefer a hybrid structure
