Role Description This full-time remote Writer role at EF Graphique focuses on producing clear, engaging, and brand-aligned written content for a variety of formats, such as websites, marketing materials, social media, and client deliverables. The Writer will research topics, organize information, and create original copy that supports project goals and reflects the visual and strategic direction provided by the design and marketing teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and revising content, collaborating with designers and project managers to align messaging with visual concepts, and adapting tone and style for different audiences and platforms. The Writer will also review and edit existing content for accuracy, consistency, and clarity, while meeting deadlines and managing multiple assignments simultaneously. Regular communication with stakeholders and participation in virtual meetings and feedback sessions are essential to ensure that content meets client expectations and project standards.
Qualifications

Strong writing abilities, including clear narrative structure, concise messaging, and adaptation of tone for different audiences and platforms.
Demonstrated editing and proofreading skills with attention to grammar, style, and factual accuracy.
Experience conducting research, organizing information from credible sources, and translating complex concepts into accessible content.
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and project managers in a remote environment.
Comfort with basic content planning, such as outlining, content calendars, and aligning copy with brand and design guidelines.
Excellent time management skills, including prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with digital tools such as word processing, collaborative platforms, and basic project management software.
Experience writing for creative, design, or branding-focused environments is a plus.
