Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site position located in Durham, NC for a Runner or Triathlete – Social Media & Events Representative. The individual will handle responsibilities such as growing social media channels, engaging with followers, curating and publishing content, and representing the company at running and triathlon events. Key tasks include planning and executing social media campaigns, fostering community relationships, assisting in the coordination of promotional events, and leveraging personal experience as a runner or triathlete to engage target audiences.

Qualifications

Experience as an active runner or triathlete to connect authentically with the target audience
Experience in Social Media Management, including creating, curating, and posting engaging content across multiple platforms
Must be willing to be on camera for our social media channels and create content with other runners and triathletes
Knowledge of Event Coordination and ability to represent the brand at running and triathlon events
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with community members and industry influencers
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple responsibilities on-site
Familiarity with basic digital marketing tools or analytics (preferred but not mandatory)
Prior experience in brand representation, event promotion, or customer-facing roles is advantageous
