Overview
BSM Creatives team is seeking a Freelance Paid Marketing Manager to build the funnel for our Facebook & Instagram Ad marketing campaign and to create and manage ads. Any candidate should have experience on creating ad campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and do retargeting.

This is a freelance, remote position with flexible work hours and location. Although as our creative team is based in New York City, being located in New York is a plus for a longterm work potential with our team in a hybrid format.

Responsibilities

Design and run integrated paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising for our business account.
Build a successful marketing funnel to make sure we collect potential client contacts and the leads will be converted into scheduled calls.
Manage Lead generation, messaging and retargeting campaigns.
Analyze our landing pages and provide necessary feedback for our website manager to optimize landing pages for ads.
Monitor and nurture leads to ensure sales calls gets scheduled to facilitate conversions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall brand goals while continuously testing and refining creative assets for better conversion rates.

Qualifications

Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads, ManyChat, Email Marketing.
Strong understanding of performance marketing principles including keyword research, conversion optimization, media planning, and media buying strategies.
Ability to develop budgets for digital campaigns while ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
