Job Title: Freelance Business Development Manager – US & UK Market (Commission-Based)

OpsBridges Technologies is seeking experienced Freelance Business Development Managers to expand our IT Services and Recruitment business across the US and UK markets.

Engagement Type:
Freelance / Contract
Fully Commission-Based (No Fixed Salary)

Commission Structure:
12% – 15% revenue share per successfully closed project
Opportunity for recurring earnings from long-term client engagements

Key Responsibilities:

Act as an independent Business Development Manager for the assigned market
Utilize your professional network and business development expertise to generate and convert leads
Identify and onboard new clients for IT services and recruitment requirements
Manage end-to-end client communication, requirement gathering, and deal closure
Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful execution
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates

Eligibility Criteria:

Proven experience in business development within IT services or recruitment
Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills
Existing network in the US and/or UK market preferred
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently

Location:
Remote (Focused on US & UK Markets)
