Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: San Francisco, California, in person, 5 days a week, 9am to 5:30pm

About the role: The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of Witter Coin’s digital and brand marketing strategy. Our sales and brand are extremely fast growing, and we want our presence to be innovative, consistent, and performance-driven. This role will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive customer engagement, sales growth, and audience expansion while continually optimizing spend and tactics. This position will have ownership of marketing strategy, systems, tools, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute cross-channel marketing strategy to drive in-store customers, private clients, and digital revenue.
Run digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords and social ads
Manage social media channels and support ongoing content needs
Manage all marketing content, including hiring and managing freelance designers
Oversee website updates, performance, and user experience
Work closely with the sales team to select, launch, and manage a CRM system to support customer engagement and retention
Lead email marketing efforts, including planning, sending, and tracking performance
Track and analyze marketing results to improve strategy and spending
Work with leadership to align marketing activities with company goals

Candidate requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, including social, email, and AdWords marketing
Content development, including shooting and editing social content
Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns and budgets, including AdWords.
Strong understanding of CRM platform and marketing analytics tools
Demonstrated skill in brand storytelling and customer engagement.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience in collectibles, auction platforms, or hobbyist consumer markets.
Familiarity with platforms such as Whatnot, eBay Live, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
Graphic design skills.
Experience working within small but fast-growing organizations.

Salary Range:

$100k to $110k salary. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401 (k) matching.
