Role Descriptio

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Austin, TX, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, develop content strategies, and manage social media campaigns. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing social media performance, responding to audience engagement, and collaborating with the creative team to align brand messaging and goals. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends and innovations to implement best practices

Qualification

Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO
)Strong Communication and Writing skills to effectively engage audiences and deliver brand messagin
gExperience in developing and executing Content Strategies tailored to different platform
sCreativity, attention to detail, and ability to analyze and interpret social media performance metric
sProficiency with social media management tools and platform
sKnowledge of digital trends and evolving social media platform
sExperience in working with lifestyle, CPG, or startup brands is a plu
sBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferre
