Real Estate Marketing Assistant (Part-Time | 15–20 hrs/week) $20 per hr.

(Real estate license not required — strong creative/marketing focus)

We are seeking a highly organized, digital-savvy Real Estate Marketing Assistant to support our growing real estate/design business. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, and comfortable managing deadlines, with strong skills in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

Core Responsibilities

Design and publish marketing content including:
Social media graphics
Client newsletters
Pipeline emails
Marketing automation campaigns

Manage digital advertising efforts (Adwerx, MetaSuite, Google Ads)

Build and update:

Moxie presentations
Buyer/Seller guides
Property brochure

Grow social media presence through content ideas, trending strategies, and analytics

Support the team with general communication and database upkeep

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

Platforms & Tools

We will train the right candidate, but experience with any of the following is preferred:

Marketing / Brokerage Systems:

MoxieWorks (MoxiEngage, MoxiPresent, MoxiImpress)
Adwerx
ActivePipe

Design & Creative:

Canva (or similar)

Digital & Social:

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
MetaSuite
Google Ads

Real Estate Systems:

MLS platforms (Canopy MLS preferred but not required)

Bonus Experience

Previous work within brokerage environments (Howard Hanna, Allen Tate, etc.)
Familiarity with brokerage branding guidelines/templates
Real estate industry knowledge
Vendor coordination experience
Market research / CMA support
Creative content direction

Background in real estate marketing, brokerage environments, or design
