Job Summary

We’re looking for a freelance digital marketer who’s equal parts creative and strategic — someone who can craft authentic social media content (for Facebook and Instagram) and build beautiful, functional WordPress websites using Elementor.

This is a project-based role with the potential for ongoing work. You’ll collaborate closely with our founder, a dental marketing expert, to bring each client’s unique voice to life.

What You’ll Do:

Social Media Management (Facebook & Instagram):

Develop content calendars based on each practice’s tone, services, and brand.
Create and schedule engaging posts (imagery, Reels, carousels, captions).
Write copy that sounds human, not “salesy” — authentic, warm, and informative.
Analyze engagement and recommend improvements.
Respond to client feedback quickly and professionally.

Website Design (WordPress using Elementor):

Design and build polished, responsive websites that reflect the quality of the dentist’s work.
Use Elementor and our curated Envato templates to craft custom layouts.
Incorporate SEO-friendly content and structure.
Collaborate on integrating patient forms, payment portals, and booking tools.
Perform basic maintenance and updates on existing sites.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience managing Instagram and Facebook accounts for small businesses (bonus if you’ve worked with healthcare/dental).
1–3 years of experience designing WordPress websites using Elementor.
Proficiency in Canva, Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
Strong writing and storytelling skills — you know how to write like a real person, not a bot.
Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
Reliable, self-motivated, and organized with great communication.
Bonus: experience with Google Ads, dental industry familiarity, or working with creatives/photographers.
