About the Role

Mosh & Shout is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support a design-focused company specializing in high-end, sustainable, and culture-driven interiors.

This part-time contractor role (~15 hours per week) is ideal for a marketing professional with some experience in graphic design, social media, and sales collateral. You’ll work closely with Mosh & Shout’s Fractional CMO, gaining hands-on experience while supporting a growing brand.

This role is hybrid, with most work being remote but occasional in-person meetings or event support in Los Angeles.

What You’ll Do

Graphic Design & Brand Support

Design marketing materials such as social media content, sales decks, presentations, brochures, and email graphics.
Ensure brand consistency across digital and print materials.
Edit photos and support content production as needed.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Assist in scheduling and publishing content on Instagram and LinkedIn.
Track engagement and analytics to measure content performance.
Research trends and identify engagement opportunities.

Sales Collateral & Marketing Support

Help create sales presentations, one-pagers, and marketing decks.
Organize and update marketing assets for sales teams.
Provide light event coordination support as needed.

What You Bring

1+ years of experience (freelance, internship, or part-time) in graphic design, social media, or digital marketing.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, or similar).
Experience creating sales or marketing collateral like presentations, one-pagers, or pitch decks.
Bonus: Experience in sales support, event planning, or the furniture/design industry.
