Job Title: Project Manager (Freelance)

Overview:
Taproot Learning Connections is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of instructional and technology-related learning projects. This role requires a strong background in Corporate Instructional Design and Project Management, coupled with expertise in managing cross-functional teams and delivering exceptional client experiences. Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management tools is a must.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in the Corporate Learning and Development (L&D) sector, including managing large-scale e-learning or instructional design initiatives. As Project Manager, you will collaborate with clients, instructional designers, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes that align with client goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks, and track progress using Monday.com.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and regular communication of project updates.
Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration to align with project objectives.
Budget & Resource Management: Track project costs and allocate resources effectively to meet budget requirements.
Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks proactively to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

PMP certification required.
Proven experience in corporate instructional design and e-learning project management.
Proficiency in Monday.com, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues effectively.
Demonstrated success leading teams and managing project budgets in a corporate L&D context.
Ability to adapt quickly, solve complex challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Next Steps:
Selected candidates will be invited for a 15-minute prescreening interview to discuss services, rates, and other relevant information.

Contractor Expectations:

Maintain strict confidentiality of client and project information.
Provide weekly project updates and actively participate in team meetings.
Use personal computer and resources for project work (access to necessary platforms will be provided by Taproot).
