Role Summary

Trustwork is seeking a freelance expert marketing consultant to accelerate business growth. This is a part-time, contract position. The marketing consultant will be responsible for proactively identifying and enacting effective ways of winning new customer business as well as repeat business. The duration of the engagement is to be determined based on performance.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and recommend effective marketing and advertising strategies and activities
Manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement
Design and execute advertising campaigns that engage target customers and generate new business
Identify opportunities for local organizational engagement to promote the business

Qualifications

Knowlege, skills, and experience in developing marketing strategies and campaigns
Demonstrated experience in both tranditional and digital marketing
Strong understanding of advertising techniques
Ability and desire to solely perform marketing and advertising activities for a small business
Ability to produce positive results (business growth) very quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly
Ability to work independently and drive towards goals
Ambition and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the business
Experience in the home renovation or construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
