Duties

Create engaging content tailored for different platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Report social media metrics to management on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Manage relationships with influencers and other partners to enhance brand visibility.
Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

Skills

Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite products.
Strong content creation skills with experience in graphic design using Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe products.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies to drive online sales.
Excellent public relations skills to manage brand reputation effectively.
Experience in video editing for creating engaging multimedia content.
Strong relationship management abilities to build partnerships within the industry.
Knowledge of analytics tools for tracking performance metrics.
